That single hypothesis explains most of the product’s consequential decisions — and some of its most interesting tradeoffs.
Product Strengths Analysis
Where the product feels genuinely thoughtful
1. The Mobile-First Strategy Is a Real Strategic Bet, Not Just a Design Choice
